The following statement outlines progress towards providing a high standard of accessibility throughout this web site. However there remains a large number of documents that use the Portable Document Format (PDF). Certain publications are provided by organisations outside of this Office and the Department of Social and Family Affairs. Other documents on this site are provided by the Department of Social and Family Affairs and are available only in this format, or in Microsoft Word.
